I believe that the fact that you can see her and pay attention to her helped the person who used flash inside. I believe the girl who was outside was outside since there were so many objects in the photo that you couldn’t actually look at her. In my perspective, the person inside has a superior photo since there is more contrast, which helps to bring the image together.
